Something like to e shoulder bone is connected to the (opposite) knee bone 🙌🏽💙

Anterior superficial gait connections of fascia and meridians….

It’s getting there, arm and leg pairings. This is the first one I got correct years ago by tracing the fascia from homolateral to contralateral patterns, and was told by an acupuncturist this is Yangming (stomach and large intestine). This started really connecting dots between embryology, contractile fields, myofascia, meridians and movement!

Whether it’s a bone fracture, a rolled ankle, a torn ligament, bruising or over-use ..
Injuries come with swelling, stiffness and inflammation, pain
They also come with the stress of waiting to get back into action, losing fitness, worrying about the healing and the pressure of upcoming Championship events

So much training has been done to this point , what can be done to support and encourage healing?



Flood the tissues with pure concentrated oxygen, while resting in a pressurise Chamber, stimulating new stem cells while growing new blood vessels and tissues

More oxygen, more connections in brain and body. He's a university graduate and Hitekani did a lot of research on the potential benefits of for improving spasticity in his body - especially his left hand, leg and some muscles of his face .

As his body got used to the huge boost of Oxygen to his body, he began to experiment with breathing exercises. Initially he would be exhausted after a session in the Chamber. This continuued when he practised deep breathing- and sometimes he would have a two day flare-up of his symptoms. He could Literally feel tingling as new connections in his brain and hand as they formed.
Sometimes he also did stretches, enhancing the circulation of that oxygen through his tight muscles.

What a privilege to track this journey - as these changes make real difference to his daily life 🧠🙌🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hop-hop-hopping along after a nasty car accident and foot surgery IN THE WORLDS BIGGEST CAST 😂😂😳.

Mary had after knee surgery, years ago. She knows how well it supports recovery.. reducing inflammation, bringing oxygen-rich plasma to tissue stared for oxygen, healing broken blood vessels and forming new collagen and removing damaged cells

By her third session her cast felt more comfortable (less squashed!). Her physio was blown away by the healing of her foot and how well she progressed in her exercises.

Mary booked 10 sessions and came two to three times a week, within days of being discharged from Hospital . Watching her become healthy and more mobility everyday was just a treat - you can just feel her vibrant energy in the pics 🩼🚶🏻‍♀️🏃🏿‍♀️

Can we have 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 for Logan who was just awarded High School Forward of the Year 🏆🏆🏉🏉💪💪

Remember when Logan’s thigh got severely bruised, just before leaving on an IPT tour for the Blue Bulls in 2024?
He came for in evenings and on weekends to optimise recovery. We need to get the swelling down and soft tissue repaired or he wouldn’t be able to travel.

He got on that bus, they got caught in snow storms, but he had an excellent tour and kept his rugby dreams alive

Eye Contact with a teeny baby or a child. It’s not as easy as you’d think. It’s a natural thing to do, and it’s a special moment of connecting beyond speech.
It’s something I look out for - the moment a parent and child arrive for a treatment - what level of contact is there, through the eyes?

A shy child will give the sneaky side eye, or quickly look away when you look at them. As the treatment goes on, the eye contact gets stronger and clearer.

But here’s the modern challenge - the child who arrives at a new place, and doesn’t look around at all. Who spends an hour surrounded by toys and a new lady , who is physically touching them - and makes no eye contact at all. Absolutely and definitely a flag which needs to be raised and addressed

The really complicated part? The baby/young child who arrives, fully immersed in the tablet or Phone, their brain and senses on an over-load.

No tablets/devices in the treatment room , can we make healthy human contact ?
If healthy human contact causes a fuss and anxiety for a child, we need to talk about that .
And then get to work on stimulating the brain to be able to form connection, through the eyes and I to the world
