☀️ Dubai summer is back and so is the ice!

Temperatures are creeping back toward 40°C… and honestly? I’m here for it. Because that just means one thing: it’s time to cool down the right way.

This morning’s session was everything.

In just 1.5 hours, we:
🌬️ Breathed deeper than most people do in a week; expanding lung capacity and resetting the nervous system

🧊 Took the cold plunge; activating brown fat, boosting metabolism, and waking up every single cell in the body

✨ Walked away energized, clear-headed, and genuinely happy

Just breath, cold, and presence.

This is what summer mornings in Dubai can look like; not surviving the heat, but thriving in spite of it ♥️

Taking my health seriously has changed everything for me. 🤍

Not in a quick-fix way, but in a deep, steady, grounded way. I feel fitter, calmer, happier, healthier and more connected to life. My body feels stronger, my mind feels clearer, and I wake up with more energy for the day ahead.

You don’t have to live exhausted.
You don’t have to wake up already overwhelmed.
You don’t have to feel too drained to play with your kids, enjoy life, or be present.
And you don’t have to carry constant stress, worries, and racing thoughts every single day.

With the right tools, habits, breathwork, mindset, movement, rest, nourishment and nervous system support, you can create a calm and healthy mind & body too. A solid foundation that supports you through life.

It is so so worth it ♥️

I learned this the hard way.

When my brother died, grief swallowed me whole.

I couldn’t imagine ever laughing again.
Dancing.
Feeling truly alive.

Grief is so raw, so deep..

He left a wound in my heart that I didn’t think would ever close 💔

But his death also gave me something; a knowing I can’t unlearn. We only have today. This moment, right now. That’s it ✨

So I show up fully. I let myself feel joy without guilt.
I laugh, I move, I soak it all in and somewhere in all of it, it almost feels like I’m living for two. 🤍 🤍

Stepping into an ice bath is rarely just about the cold 🧊

Some days you feel strong.
Some days your mind is busy, heavy, distracted.
And on those days, the ice can feel even harder.

Cold exposure confronts you. It asks you to breathe. To stay. To surrender control.

Once people decide to step in… they never regret it.
Within seconds, something shifts.

The cold pulls you out of your head and back into your body. Your breath becomes your anchor.
Your thoughts quiet down.

Physiologically, your body releases dopamine and other “happy hormones,” boosting mood, focus, and resilience. Mentally, it’s a reset. A pattern interrupt. A reminder that you are stronger than your excuses.

Ice baths aren’t about being extreme.
They’re about building nervous system strength, mental clarity, stress resilience, and self-trust.

Hard? Sometimes.
Worth it? Always 🫶🏼

An amazing weekend in Abu Dhabi ✨

I spent the weekend at Kayan Festival with my IMD buddies 🤍 Even though I was surrounded by beautiful people, I was there alone: no mum-mode, no partner-mode, just space to fully drop in, recharge, and do what I truly love.

There’s something powerful about stepping away from daily roles; connection, inspiration, and a full nervous system reset. So grateful for weekends like this ✨
