Midlife hits high-performing men in a strange way.
You’ve built the career, the reputation, working on the physique, and then the drive that got you there just isn’t firing the same way…
Focus scatters. Recovery slows.
The edge feels dull, even though you’re doing “everything right.”
That’s rarely a willpower problem. More often it’s a nervous system and brain performance challenge, and it’s what I now spend my time working on.
I’m currently on a side quest to complete an MSc in Neuroscience, and use qEEG brain mapping and neurofeedback as tools to look under the hood:
🧠
How the brain is regulating stress, attention and recovery, and where that regulation is breaking down. Paired with coaching and physical performance work, it gives a much clearer picture of what’s actually limiting someone, rather than guessing.
Up until now I’ve been helping people with movement, (1 hour a day, 2-3 days a week) to combat the ill effects of all of the above…
Now it’s time to step out of that lane and dig into the other 23 hours a day and helping you figure out for yourself what effect your brain and recovery is having on the rest of your life!
🙌
So LFG!
