Designed for NDIS participants looking to build practical skills, confidence, and real-world workplace experience.

We are excited to welcome David and Jennifer to our team at Soaring Together

David is joining us as a Support Worker for the Central and Northern areas.
He brings a sincere approach to his work, focused on kindness and helping people reach their goals.
With a background in logistics, he has a practical, organised way of doing things that we value here.
To support independence, David can help participants manage schedules, organise daily tasks, or plan the finer details for outings. Given his interests, he is also a great fit for someone looking to build their confidence in navigating social settings and being an active, positive part of their community to create a genuine sense of belonging.

Jennifer, our newest Support Worker for the South and Central areas, is a dedicated professional who focuses on kindness and creating welcoming spaces.
She values building meaningful connections and is deeply interested in wellness and mental health.
To support independence, Jennifer can work alongside participants to develop healthy routines, practice culinary skills, or build confidence through creative projects. She is perfect for someone looking to improve their wellbeing, whether that means engaging in local community activities, practicing mindfulness, or cooking together at home.

At Soaring Together, David and Jennifer are here to assist with both in-home support and community access. They are focused on working alongside our participants to build the skills needed to reach goals that support greater independence.

The right in-home support helps participants feel more confident in everyday life. 💙

For some people, that means learning how to make their own lunch, keep up with routines, or feel more comfortable leaving the house and getting to appointments.

Support can include:

• Cooking and meal preparation
• Personal routines and daily living skills
• Support attending appointments
• Building confidence in the community
• Encouragement during difficult or overwhelming days

At Soaring Together, we take the time to support participants in ways that feel comfortable, personal, and suited to their goals and routines at home.

This World Bee Day, we’re celebrating the little legends behind blooming gardens, thriving ecosystems, and plenty of the food we enjoy every day. 🌼

Bees do a whole lot more than just buzz around. They keep nature ticking and our planet thriving.

Need more support included in your NDIS plan?

We are offering Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) to help participants access the supports, funding, and recommendations they may be missing.

Our Occupational Therapists and Social Workers complete detailed FCA reports that may support access to home modifications, assistive technology, psychosocial supports, physical aids, and updated NDIS funding.
