This month, Elleesha returned to the Swinburne University of Technology Elevate Program as an alumni panellist.

Having completed the program two years ago, it was a fantastic opportunity to share the Pulse Tile™ journey, answer questions from emerging founders, and give back to a program that played an important role in our early startup journey.

👋 Meet the Team!

Behind Pulse Tile™ is a growing team of passionate people working together to improve cardiac arrest recognition and emergency response.

This month we'd like to introduce Sarah Kersten, our Senior Research Manager.

Sarah is a paramedic with more than 10 years of experience and has worked across management, training, education and healthcare research. She has also collaborated with Monash University on the research and evaluation of healthcare projects, bringing valuable experience in research, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

We're proud to have Sarah as part of the Pulsatile Innovations team as we continue progressing the development of Pulse Tile™.

💙 Every growing business reaches milestones that mark the beginning of a new chapter.

As Dr Atheer Nassir steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer, we'd like to take a moment to thank Rayna, who has served as COO since the very beginning of the Pulse Tile™ journey.

From supporting fundraising and business development to helping build the operational foundations of the company, Rayna has been there every step of the way.

As Pulse Tile™ continues to grow, we're grateful for everything Rayna has contributed and excited for the next chapter under Atheer's leadership.

Reflecting on the transition, Rayna shared:

"It has been an incredible experience supporting Elleesha and the Pulsatile Innovations team from the very beginning.
