At Foundation to Wellness, the infusion of a complimentary Holistic Wellness Centre within the store adds an extra dimension where A&A offer Energetic modalities like Crystal, Sound, and Frequency work, Body-based Therapy, Somatic Techniques, Psychosensory Therapy and Holistic Guidance.

With a focus on facilitating transformative holistic healing, supporting personal growth, recovery from trauma and guiding individuals towards a more balanced state of well-being.
With their heart-centered energy, A&A are passionate about helping others transform their lives. As Energy Healers and Practitioners, they believe they are conduits for healing—holding sacred space for each client to reconnect with their own innate wisdom and self-healing abilities. They honour that healing is a deeply personal journey, and ultimately, we are all healers in our own right. Their role is to support, witness, and energetically align the unfolding process.

The Therapy Centre features an upstairs therapy space for ‘one on one’ sessions, but also work with couples. They provide various energy and body processing modalities tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

💗💗Kunzite is a gentle yet powerfully uplifting crystal, often associated with the Heart Chakra and the Crown Chakra, helping to open pathways of unconditional love, emotional healing, and spiritual connection. Known for its soothing, pale pink to lilac hues, it is a variety of the mineral spodumene and is sometimes referred to as the “Stone of Emotion” or “Evening Stone,” the latter name stemming from its sensitivity to prolonged sunlight. First discovered in California in the early 20th century and named after mineralogist George Frederick Kunz, kunzite is now also found in Afghanistan, Brazil, Madagascar, and Pakistan.
