Halfway Through Flava 42 🔥

Last week we held our first workshop of the challenge: Mindset & Mobility 🧘🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♀️

The session focused on building the right mindset around training, creating sustainable habits, and understanding the importance of mobility to keep our bodies moving well and performing at their best.

One of the biggest goals of Flava 42 isn’t just completing the 6 weeks it’s giving our members the knowledge and tools to continue making progress long after the challenge ends.

We’ve still got two workshops to go:

🤸 Gymnastics

Can’t wait to keep learning, improving, and growing together over the next few weeks! 💙
