Everyone starts somewhere 🫶🏼

Have a listen to where they started, the things they can now do, how far they’ve come and the advice they’d give to someone thinking about starting.

Different journeys, different goals, but one thing in common they all took that first step 💗

Sometimes it looks like showing up tired, Moving your body, socialising with friends and doing what you can.

Not every session changes your numbers, but it will always change your day 🩵🫶🏽
