Can I Change NDIS Providers?

Absolutely.

Many NDIS participants don’t realise they have the right to change providers if their current supports are not meeting their needs.

Some common reasons participants choose to change providers include:
• Poor communication
• Inconsistent support workers
• Missed shifts
• Lack of mental health understanding
• Limited flexibility
• Feeling unheard or unsupported

A quality NDIS provider should support your goals, communicate effectively, respond quickly, and work collaboratively with you and your support network.

At Better Lives Support Services (BLSS), we regularly support participants transitioning from providers who are no longer the right fit for them. Our focus is on responsive, person-centred, recovery-oriented support that promotes stability, independence, and quality of life.
