Your Way Life Supports is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Group Programs Leader to join our team!

This role offers the opportunity to design and coordinate your own monthly activity schedule, creating meaningful and engaging experiences for NDIS participants.

About the Role

* Monday shifts: 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Plan and lead group-based activities
* Create monthly activity schedules
* Facilitate community access and centre-based programs
* Encourage participant engagement, independence, and social connections
* Utilise our dedicated arts and crafts space to develop creative programs

Essential Requirements

* Experience working with people living with disability and/or mental health challenges
* Ability to confidently support participants in a 1:3 ratio
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Well getting icy cold water dumped on top of us to raise funds for MND Victoria. MND Victoria provides supports to people battling MND and their families.
