Your Way Life Supports is looking for reliable, caring and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our team!

📍 Warragul - Traralgon
⏰ Early morning shifts starting at– 7:00am
💼 Casual / ongoing opportunities

We are specifically looking for early risers who are available to support our participants with their morning routines and help them start their day on a positive note.

We are looking for people who are:

✨ Reliable and punctual
✨ Caring, patient and compassionate
✨ Person-centred in their approach
✨ Confident working independently
✨ Flexible and willing to build ongoing relationships with participants
✨ Passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals

Requirements:
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔️ First Aid & CPR
✔️ Working With Children Check
✔️ Current Victorian Driver Licence
✔️ Reliable, insured vehicle
✔️ Relevant experience/qualifications preferred

Experience in disability, mental health or community support is highly regarded.

🍪🌈 A little colour, a little creativity, and a whole lot of fun!

There's nothing quite like spending time in the kitchen together.

Recently, one of our participants enjoyed making delicious rainbow cookies with support from our team. From preparing the dough and decorating each cookie to watching them bake, it was a wonderful opportunity to build everyday living skills while having plenty of laughs along the way.

Activities like baking can help develop confidence, independence, decision-making, fine motor skills and routine building - all while creating something to be proud of (and enjoy afterwards! 😋).
