NSW Health is offering the FluMist® nasal spray influenza vaccine as a free, needle-free option for eligible children and adolescents aged 2–17 years.

The nasal spray vaccine is a quick and painless alternative to the traditional flu shot and is designed to help protect against influenza during the winter season.
✔ Needle-free option
✔ Suitable for eligible children & teens aged 2–17
✔ Available through participating GP clinics

Influenza can spread quickly during winter, particularly through schools and households. Vaccination remains one of the best ways to help protect your family and community.
