Support Workers Wanted –
Penrith & Kellyville

Collaborative Disability Care is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, reliable male and female support workers to join our team in the Penrith and Kellyville areas.

As an NDIS Registered Provider, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, person-centred support that empowers participants to live their best lives.

About the Role:

* Support participants with daily living, community access & skill-building
* Work across SIL homes, day programs & community outings
* Be part of a supportive, professional team

What We’re Looking For:

* Genuine passion for supporting people with disability
* Reliable, respectful, and team-focused attitude
* Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
* Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

🌭🧁 What a Brilliant Brunch! 💙

Yesterday was such a fun morning! Our participants got busy with the sausage sizzle, baking some yummy treats and, most importantly, having plenty of laughs along the way.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff who always put in so much effort to make these days special, and to our families and community for getting behind us. 💕

We’re very proud to have raised almost $200 for the Brilliant Bunch! 🎉

Great food, great company and all for a great cause. Thanks everyone! 💙🌈
