Are you creative, energetic and flexible? Do you have a hobby, talent or exciting program idea you would love to share?

The Hub – Programs for Purpose is looking for a positive and enthusiastic Creative Support Worker to help people with disability explore their interests, develop new skills, build confidence and feel valued and included.

Your creativity could involve:

🎨 Art and craft
🎵 Music and drama
🍳 Cooking
🌱 Gardening
💪 Health and fitness
📸 Photography and technology
🔨 Practical or hands-on skills
✨ Or something completely new!

We would love to hear from someone who can facilitate engaging activities, adapt programs for different abilities and support needs, and confidently jump in and try new things.

Shifts are available -

Are you a creative, energetic and flexible Support Worker who loves bringing new ideas to life?

The Hub is looking for someone available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm, to support participants and help facilitate our busy range of programs and activities.

We are especially interested in someone who:

🎨 Has creative skills, hobbies or talents they can share
💡 Brings fresh and exciting program ideas
🎭 Has experience facilitating activities or group-based programs
🤝 Enjoys supporting people to build confidence, skills and social connections
🌱 Can adapt activities to suit different interests, abilities and support needs
✨ Is positive, flexible and comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced and dynamic environment
🚀 Is willing to jump in, try new things and help our programs continue to grow

Your creativity could be in art, music, drama, cooking, gardening, fitness, technology, photography, craft, practical skills—or something completely different!

🎭 Spotlight starts this week! 🌟
The stage is set and we’re excited to begin our Spotlight Inclusive Theatre Project at The Hub!
This free 10-week drama program is all about creativity, confidence, connection and having fun while learning new performance skills. Participants will work together to explore storytelling, movement, characters and theatre, before bringing it all together in a community production in Pittsworth.
Delivered in partnership with IndelArts Toowoomba and made possible by Flying Arts Alliance, this inclusive program welcomes people of all abilities and experience levels.

💪 Healthy Bodies, Strong Minds is back for Term 3! 💪

After seeing such wonderful outcomes last term—including increased strength, confidence, wellbeing and social connection—we cannot wait to do it all again!
