ReliSource is looking for driven and talented individuals to join our high-performing technology team as Junior IT Business Analysts. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams — gathering requirements, analyzing needs, and helping deliver technology solutions that create real business impact.
What You'll Do
-Collaborate with clients, product managers, and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
-Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
-Support the full software development lifecycle within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
-Prepare business communication materials including proposals, case studies, and white papers.
-Review and prioritize product defects and support successful product releases.
What We're Looking For
-B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed university.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — passion and commitment matter most.
-Strong communication, accountability, and proactiveness are non-negotiable.
-Exposure to Agile methodology or project management is a plus.
