Looking for volunteers to model for me for my social media posts! I would like to film some social media content with my yoga students. I will offer you a free class if you're willing to be in my video content! Class will likely be outdoors, in a park in Airdrie. Would especially appreciate any pregnant or postnatal students who would like to participate!

👀Looking for some yoga from home or while traveling this Summer? Join me for weekly online classes, Tuesdays at 11 AM MT. Cost is 40$/Month. The first week of the month is Restorative practice, and the rest of the month is a gentle flow. Classes are adaptable to prenatal or postnatal students.
