What does this actually mean?
That it's time to stop living the conditioned, fear and judgment based, totally vanilla lives we've been trained to live and start expanding our beliefs and allowing ourselves to experience so much love and joy, potential and possibilty!

How much information has come your way even since your day began today?

Information is *everywhere*.

Do this, do that, don't do this, don't do that, this research says this, this science says that...my Grandma told me to eat this, my sister said to never eat that.

What if, no matter what actually held Truth, what if you stopped, took a deep breath, and tuned into YOU.
What you are sensing.
What your instincts are telling YOU.

I believe that this innate ability we've been designed with is not encouraged.
It seems as though, most of the time, we are actively discouraged from following our instincts.

Take a moment today to stop, sit, breathe, FEEL (unless your instincts tell you not to!).
FEEL

There is only one you.
There is only one of your soul that was ever created.

You are supported - there is so much wisdom and courage and love inside of you waiting to be recognized.

Future clients!
I now have a TENS machine that you can use during your labour!
This unit is designed specifically for use in labour and countless women who have used a TENS during labour have said that it is highly effective in helping them cope with the pain and intensity of contractions.
(those who experienced back labour seem to not have found it as helpful...I would love to hear your experiences!)

Let's talk about this helpful little machine when we meet!

Chilling at a cottage near Bearberry, Alberta with my husband and youngest daughter.
The sun will be setting soon which means time for smores over the campfire.

I just signed on a beautiful new client for October and have a meet and greet coming up for another October due date.
This makes my heart so happy.
