One thing I talk about a lot inside AfterGlow is identity. A lot of women want to “get back to their skinny body.”

One of the hardest questions I ask women is:
“Why does trusting your body feel so hard?”✨

Mirielle’s answer explained something so many women quietly carry.

For years, she was constantly being told what her body needed.

Eat less.
Track everything.
Avoid carbs.
Hit the step goal.

So when it came time to finally listen to her body instead of control it… there was fear.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas, sisters, aunties + friends rewriting their food + fitness story for the next generation.🌻

The ones learning that health isn’t found in shrinking.

That broad shoulders, quads + a strong core is not something to apologize for.
