Yep, I just did one myself. Why do you see all the coaches, and their clients in our Far Infrared Saunas? I won't make this email long but here's a few points why:

George Hackenschmidt, nicknamed “The Russian Lion,” was the first recognized World Heavyweight Wrestling Champion, he is credited with inventing and popularizing the hack squat.

His version was performed the exercise using a barbell held behind his back. He would elevate onto the balls of his feet and drop into a full-range, deep knee-bend! Luckily we have better equipment in modern times.
