Registration is now open for our Fall Programs, including our After-School and Weekend Programs!

Participants will have opportunities to build skills, work toward individual goals, gain confidence and independence, and connect with friends in a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment.

FACE is thrilled to share a big thank you to our friends at Ndax for their incredible support. Ndax, a Canadian cryptocurrency trading platform based in Calgary, empowers individuals and institutions to safely buy, sell, and manage digital assets.

Thanks to their generosity, our staff and friends are now proudly sporting new FACE-branded quarter-zip pullovers — and they could not be more fashionable. It feels like everyone is wearing them this season, and we are loving the sense of community and pride they create.

Ndax has also gone above and beyond by hosting some of our families at a Calgary Flames game this past winter, creating unforgettable memories and special moments together.

We are so grateful for Ndax’s ongoing partnership and support, and for the meaningful way they continue to show up for the FACE community.💙

We’re incredibly grateful to Variety Alberta and Direct Energy for donating adapted cars to FACE! These special cars gave our kids the opportunity to experience mobility in a fun, exciting, and interactive way. 🥰

Through push-button technology, the cars also encourage children to develop their fine motor skills, coordination, independence, and confidence while enjoying the freedom of driving on their own. 🌟

Thank you, Variety Alberta and Direct Energy, for helping us create more opportunities for our kids to learn, explore, and have fun! 💙

We are incredibly grateful to Qualico, who have become one of FACE’s strongest supporters over the past year. Through nearly $30,000 in donations, generous volunteer time spent working in our programs, and by including FACE in so many of their fundraising initiatives, they have shown extraordinary commitment to our mission and the children, young adults, and families we serve. FACE is thrilled to welcome Ollee Owens to our 30th Anniversary Carnival!
A powerhouse vocalist and soulful storyteller, Ollee brings a blend of Americana, roots, blues, and rock that’s as emotionally rich as it is electrifying. Her music is shaped by lived experience — exploring themes of hope, healing, resilience, and the strength found in community and connection.

Originally from New Bothwell, Manitoba and now proudly based in Calgary, Ollee has built a reputation for deeply moving performances that fuse raw honesty with dynamic musicianship. Her 2024 album Nowhere to Hide earned national attention for its stirring vocals, compelling songwriting, and genre‑blending sound. Whether performing with her full band or delivering an intimate acoustic moment, Ollee’s presence is magnetic — inviting audiences into songs that feel both personal and universal.

Beyond the stage, Ollee is a passionate advocate for mental health, social justice, and community empowerment. Her work reflects a belief that music can be a catalyst for compassion, courage, and meaningful change.

FACE is thrilled to welcome Justine Giles to our 30th Anniversary Carnival!

We’re so excited to add this incredible Calgary-based singer-songwriter and teaching artist to our music lineup. Justine’s work bridges music, arts education, and community engagement — and her performances are filled with heart, storytelling, and connection.

Alongside an active career as a performing and recording artist, Justine has designed and facilitated songwriting workshops for multiple local nonprofits and recently served as a mentor through the Folk On The Rocks festival in Yellowknife. Passionate about accessible and inclusive creative experiences, her work often centers youth mentorship, storytelling, and creative empowerment.

She was named Solo Artist of the Year at the 2024 YYC Music Awards, and her contributions to Calgary’s arts community have earned nominations for The Calgary Awards, the Western Canadian Music Awards, and the YYC Music Awards for 2026.
