There are moments in life when we stand at the edge of what was and what is yet to come.

The **Autumn Equinox** is a threshold — a sacred point of balance between light and dark, where day and night meet as equals. From here, the light begins to retreat, inviting us inward, toward reflection, release, and deeper listening.

**THRESHOLD** is an invitation to step into that liminal space.

Inner Journeys Medicine Dance - a ceremonial journey through ecstatic dance, breath, music, embodiment, ceremony and community, we will share this sweet journey together.

Come as you are.

“Journey With the Elements” 💫
A 5-Week Ceremonial Dance Immersion

A living ceremony of movement, breath, and sound - to journey with the elements and awaken the intelligence that resides within you.

This series weaves together ecstatic dance, somatic awareness, pranic breathwork, and sound to guide you into deeper layers of self-discovery, healing, and embodied remembrance. This is a return - to instinct, to sensation, to truth.

No experience is needed.
Only a willingness to listen, to feel, and to let your body speak.
