💛 A little note from me to the No Shoes Nutrition community… 💛

Over the years, so many of you have trusted me with your stories, your struggles, your goals, your health, and your transformations and I never take that lightly.

One thing I hear again and again is this:

“I’m exhausted.”
“I feel stressed all the time.”
“I know I need to slow down, but I don’t know how.”

And truthfully? I think so many of us are craving a chance to just… breathe.

That’s why I’m so excited (and honestly a little emotional!) to share that No Shoes Nutrition is co-hosting our very first full-day wellness experience:

This day has been created with so much intention—for those who are carrying a lot, juggling a lot, and simply needing space to refill their cup.

Together, we’ll explore:
