I feel like September is a good time to remember that not everything has to be figured out right now.

Sometimes I get so focused on what I’m working toward or what I want to happen next that I forget to look around and appreciate what’s actually pretty good right now 💗

There’s a lot to be grateful for. There’s also a lot I’m still hoping for.

I think both can exist at the same time.

Daily Distance Group Reiki is back for the month of September, offering you a simple way to receive consistent energetic support without having to add anything else to your schedule.

Each evening at 8pm your local time, 30 minutes of Distance Reiki will be sent to you, wherever you are ✨

You don’t need to be online or stop what you’re doing. You can settle in and intentionally receive, or simply go about your evening knowing the Reiki is there for you.

Daily Reiki can be a beautiful way to support:
• feeling more grounded and centred
• calming an overactive mind
• releasing stress and energetic heaviness
• creating more balance in your day
• reconnecting with yourself and your own energy

I really didn’t want to be the person talking about the Fall Equinox while it’s still August.. but apparently you’re all ready for fall because spots are already going quickly 🍂

On Sunday, September 20th, we’re gathering at Charlottetown Yoga Space for a special Fall Equinox Group Reiki evening ✨

We’ll start by setting an intention before settling in for Group Reiki. Afterwards, we’ll move into guided journaling and reflection, followed by intention setting for the season ahead.

A beautiful evening to slow down, receive, reflect, and welcome the shift into fall 💗
