Meet Mackenzie, one of the newest faces at New Radiance Medi Spa, bringing a fresh passion for advanced skin treatments, laser technology, and client care. Mackenzie completed both her Full Esthetic Diploma and Advanced Clinical Esthetic Diploma through The Esthetic Institute and holds certifications in a wide range of advanced treatments including microneedling, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, IPL and advanced cosmetic laser, HIFU skin tightening, chemical peels, body contouring, dermaplaning, facials, and more.
Mackenzie’s passion for medical aesthetics comes from personal experience. After struggling with acne in her late teens and early twenties, she understands firsthand how deeply skin concerns can affect confidence and self-esteem. That experience inspired her to pursue a career where she could help others feel more comfortable and confident in their own skin. She loves combining science, skincare, technology, and beauty to create meaningful, visible results for her clients.
Known for her bubbly personality and calming presence, Mackenzie focuses on creating a welcoming, relaxed environment where clients feel heard, understood, and cared for. Outside the clinic, Mackenzie enjoys reading, weightlifting, spending time with her dogs Marley and Nigel, and never says no to a vanilla latte or chai tea.
