Weekly Wednesday maintenance…
Trav enters his natural habitat and aggressively cleans things most people didn’t even know could be cleaned.

Yes, things are cleaned between every guest but Wednesdays are for the deep relationship-level commitment cleaning. Filters, pipes, pumps, walls, corners… if it exists, it’s getting scrubbed. 🫧

A Pregnancy Float Reflection… 💧🤰🏻
Pregnancy floating has been a completely different experience every single time for me. Some floats felt easy and restful, some felt emotional and busy in my mind. Some I slept through, and some I spent the whole time thinking.

But in every season of it, floating gave me something I needed. Relief from the hip and back pain, a beautiful feeling of weightlessness that’s hard to find while pregnant, and a quiet space to simply pause for a minute and reconnect with myself in the middle of growing a baby.

One of my favourite parts has been the connection with baby in the stillness… hands on my heart and my belly, feeling the quiet little moments together without distractions from the outside world. The kicks, the hiccups, the movement… together. 🤍
