Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia

Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia PANS is the advocacy body for over 1,500 pharmacy professionals in Nova Scotia.

PANS OBJECTIVES

* to advance the academic, scientific, professional and commercial aspects of pharmacy and its practitioners in Nova Scotia;
* to encourage and promote improvement in public health in Nova Scotia;
* to co-operate with any pharmaceutical, scientific, medical, dental and trade associations who have similar objectives to those of this association;
* to promote liaison

among the various branches of pharmacy;
* to collect, develop and disseminate information to assist members in successful pharmacy management;
* to obtain and/or provide and/or administer member benefits;
* to be the official spokesman for its members; and
* to act as a centre of employment information for members seeking employment in Nova Scotia.
