Hello and yay to Spring South Delta!!

As the weather warms up and we get out and about it is fairly common for us to “over do” it a bit. Between golf days, gardening, getting back to jogging or maybe even a little Spring skiing, overuse injuries can cause inflammation and set us back with our movement goals.

Our RMT’s, Acupuncturists and Osteopath are more than ready to help you with all your aches and pains.

A few of our Practitioner’s have even added extra hours to their schedules to be available and assist you in your healing journey!
