🏥 Booking is now open for our 2026 Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics at the Mapleton Health Centre!

These clinics are by appointment only and available for rostered/attached patients of the Mapleton Health Centre.

📅Clinic Dates:
Friday October 23: 9am-3pm
Tuesday October 27: 10am-3pm
Tuesday November 3: 4pm-8pm
Thursday November 12: 9am-3pm

All appointments are to be booked online. Click the link below or visit our website to schedule your time.

If you or a loved one are unable to book online, please see if a family member or friend can help. If all other options have been tried, give our office a call and we'd be happy to assist you.

Please Note: we do not know which brand of vaccine will be available at your appointment. All vaccines currently approved in Canada are considered equally safe and effective.

If you are unable to attend these dates, please check with local pharmacies, public health units, or other community vaccination clinics in your area.

🔨 A little construction is underway at Mapleton Health Centre!

Over the next several weeks, we’ll be completing some renovations and updates within the clinic to improve our space for patients, providers, and staff.

We’ll do our best to minimize disruption, but you may notice some extra noise, temporary changes to room locations, or a little more activity than usual while the work is happening.

The clinic remains open and appointments will continue as scheduled.
