I really didn’t want to go to the gym today.
My husband was still sleeping. The kids were undisturbed. Honestly… I could have stayed in bed. 😴

But I knew the day ahead was busy, and I’d made a commitment to myself.

And I need to hold onto that commitment for ME.

Getting everyone else back into a routine this week has left pretty little in my bucket. My other workouts? Easily a 5/10.
But today? I felt SO good. 🙌🏼

And that’s the reminder I needed:

Show up, even when you don’t feel like it initially.

You don’t always need more motivation.

Sometimes you just need to keep the promise you made to yourself.

You might surprise yourself with how good you feel once you get there. ❤️ Message me if you are ready for a NEW fitness protocol

No class on Monday unfortunately! Due to low registration numbers within 24hrs of class, I am making the decision to cancel

Thursday lets go out with a bang! I hope to see faces and if not... NOT TO WORRY! Class cards will be good come September.

Finally! A big thank you to everyone who has been supporting my classes and hopefully gaining strength, knowledge and maybe even a community❤️

I will be releasing a survey for classes come September 2026 season. Stay tuned!

LOVE MY CLASS PEEPS SO MUCH 🥰🥰🥰💪
