I wish I would knew all of this earlier

It would prevent me from so many injuries and losses

But I guess that’s how it’s works, you learn the best from your own mistakes.

That’s why I’m putting it out here , maybe my experience will help at least one person, that’s would be great

Follow along, to see my unfiltered journey

You’re tired all the time. I get it. I used to be too. Then I fixed 8 things. Now I wake up ready to go. Every day.

1. Sleep first, everything else second — I don’t care how good your training is, if you’re not sleeping right your body never actually fixes itself.

2. Water + electrolytes, not just water — After a hard session you’re not just thirsty, you’re depleted. I replace what I sweat out during and after sessions.

3. Protein, no guessing — I keep it simple, about a gram per pound of bodyweight. Don’t overthink it. Just hit the number.

4. First hour of the day with your own thoughts before the chaos starts — I sit with my thoughts before I touch my phone. Stretching, breathing exercises, journaling, set your mind right before scrolling in your phone.

5. I don’t train hard every single day — People think more is more. I plan my hard days, my medium days, my easy days. That’s the actual secret.

6. Remember your Why— Some mornings I don’t want to get up. That’s when I think about the reason I started, and it gets me moving. It’s discipline, f*ck motivation.

7. I check in with my body before I check in with my ego — If something’s off, I back off. Pushing through everything isn’t toughness, it’s how you get hurt. Think about your body in the long term, always.

8. I make time for the boring recovery stuff. Stretching, mobility, the unglamorous stuff. That’s what keeps the little injuries from becoming big ones.

That’s it, that’s the whole thing. Try even three of these for a week and tell me your energy doesn’t change. Save this so you don’t lose it.
