Here is her bio we would like to share with you!
I’m a second-year massage therapy student with a long-standing passion for movement, wellness, and helping people feel their best. Before starting my training, I spent years teaching dance, where I developed a strong understanding of body mechanics, alignment, and the importance of taking care of your body through both activity and rest. That background has really shaped the way I approach massage, especially when it comes to mobility, injury prevention, and working with clients of all ages and abilities.
As I get closer to graduating in August, I’m continuing to develop my skills in both therapeutic and relaxation massage. I take a warm, down-to-earth approach and focus on making sure each treatment feels thoughtful, effective, and tailored to what you need.
