Putting your face in the water can be a big step for some swimmers.

At Rise Above Aquatics, we never rush it. We provide full support, reassurance, and hands-on guidance so our students can explore this skill at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.

For some students, success may begin with getting their chin wet, blowing bubbles, or briefly touching their face to the water. With trust, repetition, and the right support, those small steps can grow into confidence.

We meet each swimmer where they are and celebrate every step forward.

Communication doesn’t always look the same, and that’s okay.

At Rise Above Aquatics, we encourage our students to communicate in the way that works best for them. A student may use sign language, pictures, gestures, or spoken words to tell us what they need.
