More programming using the ball🔮this week. Doing midback work here .
🔮place small ball under your pelvis. find the ‘sweet spot’- not under your lumbar curve or too far towards your tailbone . Just under the sacrum .
🔮put the spring tension down . I usually do 2 reds for midback but went down to a red and blue . Adds more@instability .
🔮anchor through your centre . Start small. Maybe just legs movements with stability with arms down along side of carriage . Once mastered add the hands in straps . Work slowly . Add more moving parts once you feel solid .
🔮the ball adds so much here . Greater awareness , concentration and definately connection from the centre .
