From transforming imaging services in Victoria to championing radiologists at the provincial level, his impact has been felt across our profession and continues to influence generations of colleagues.
Known for his wisdom, determination, and dedication to strengthening radiology in BC, Dr. Smith’s contributions have often taken place behind the scenes, but their impact has been lasting.
