“What’s the difference between hard cups and silicone cups?”
• Hard cups: Provide a stronger, more targeted suction, great for increased circulation and muscle recovery.
• Silicone cups: Allow for more movement based techniques like dynamic cupping which is super beneficial for fascia/connective tissue release.
Depending on the area being treated and the intention, one approach may be a better fit than the other.
