Menopause is finally getting the attention it deserves... making headlines, sparking conversations, and showing up across social media.

For far too long, women were expected to navigate this transition quietly and on their own. Thankfully, that’s changing. More people are talking openly about menopause, sharing experiences, and creating space for education, understanding, and support.

Whether you’re noticing changes in your mood, sleep, energy levels, relationships, or simply trying to better understand this stage of life, remember: you don’t have to go through it alone.

✨ When we talk about menopause, we help break the stigma and normalize the experience for everyone.

Stay tuned for details about our upcoming menopause workshop...we can’t wait to share more!

Talking to your family about your perimenopause is half the battle. 🤍

Perimenopause can be a challenging journey, and it often brings a wave of changes; from mood shifts and exhaustion to feeling just a little "all over the place." It can be confusing for us, but it can also be confusing for our loved ones.

One of the most powerful things you can do during this transition is to keep the lines of communication open. Talk to your partner, talk to your children, and help them understand what you are going through. When they understand the changes happening in your body, it transforms judgment and frustration into empathy and support.

Instead of feeling bothered, they can become your biggest supporters. ✨

Have you spoken to your family about your perimenopause journey? Let me know in the comments! 👇

If you've ever asked yourself this, you aren't alone. As therapists (and parents!), we hear this worry constantly. We get so caught up in society's expectations, comparing our behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlight reels.

But here is the truth: The simple fact that you are reflecting on your parenting and worrying about doing a good job means you are a good enough parent.

There is no perfect parent. We determine what "good enough" looks like for our own families. Tonight, instead of tearing yourself apart, offer yourself some self-compassion. Celebrate the wins and acknowledge your effort. You are doing a significantly better job than you give yourself credit for. ✨

What is one "parenting win" you can celebrate today? Share it below! 👇
