This week we had a special visitor to our program. Sylvia D Woods, a Tea Sommilier trained at George Brown’s culinary Institute in Toronto. She shared a flight of Camelia Sinensis teas, including a white, green, oolong, black, and pu’erh tea, along with some specialty teaware. She also showed participants a Gong Fu tea ceremony and some pictures of tea gardens and plants. Thank you, Sylvia for a wonderful afternoon!
