Greetings to you this Monday morning 💜

As we rise today, may all our energies come back to us, cleared, cleansed, and charged for the life experiences upon our doorstep this week.

Let's all take a deep breath, and release. Take a moment to feel the energies return with your eyes closed, and continue your breath of return. Calling in all your strength, your soul, and your light. Take another breath and release what no longer serves your highest good. Allow your goals to become clear, and open your eyes to see which stone catches your attention and which card it is with.

Hello, Monday, we rise at times the world feels heavy. Together, we rise again and again. We must surrender to the moving rivers of belief, and become a part of the movement.

We are in between the eclipses, with Mars in Cancer, and today feels many things. So today the dragons came out, three dragons and my personal decks as of late.

I invite you to be present with yourself. Take a deep breath and awaken and shake up the energies that are hard. Release them purposefully, exhale with force and sound. Inhale again. Remember you are one with all, remember you are loved, remember we are all connected. Allow this breath to nourish you, allow this breath to embrace you, and gather the stagnancy that requests movement.

Release with love all that must move on. Release to the rivers of belief.

Good morning Monday 🌻🌞

As we walk through the month of August, each week speaks to a different level of becoming; the transition of season is coming.

So this Monday morning I invite you to find a moment that you cultivate a sense of stillness to connect in with your core.

Take a breath, exhale, and then inhale the love that transcends our vision, and feel the faith the universe has in us.

Let this breath nourish you, and wake up the stagnant energies that settled in perhaps a touch too long and gently, lovingly let go.

Open your eyes and discover which stone and card invites your staying gaze.

Honouring Grief Workshop
September 24 @ 6pm

The last Thursday of each month will be workshop offerings, and the first one I invite you to is Honouring Grief.

When a loved one passes over, we can be left in a place of feeling that no longer aligns with time and space that we are accustomed to. Our feelings are like waves washing over us, and we may feel alone.

Together let us hold space for each other, and take a moment to be witnessed, embraced, and connected. We will be working with Stone Medicine to direct our energies, and creating a constellation of loved ones marked by stars on a canvas, giving us somewhere to additionally remember and mark their impact on our lives.

Registration is open, and limited. $42 and link can be found in bio.

All grief is welcome 💝 for more information, and if you have any questions, please reach out via direct message.
