Canada Day we went to a few areas, Stonehenge, Avebury, Glastonbury Tor, and ended up in Bath. This is the spiritual part of the tour for me. So much energy in all these places. Stonhenge, I'd say Avebury, and Glastonbury Tor are energy vortexes. Glastonbury Tor is so powerful I could feel it a few towns over just driving in. I would equate it with similar energy to Airport Mesa in Sedona.

I'm offering Trauma-Informed Reintegration Support: Return to Work, School, Sport, or Everyday Life Activities.

Only accepting clients for Social Work Sessions that fall under one of these categories, at this time.

These are individualized and coordinated, trauma-informed reintegration support programs for employees, students, athletes, or those needing to return to everyday life activities after injury, illness, psychological stress, burnout, or trauma.

This program compliments clinical rehabilitation and insurer-supported services by addressing mental health challenges, nervous system regulation, emotional readiness, and functional reintegration.

We'll bring in different therapeutic techniques and strategies to address the whole person from a holistic perspective. Integrating Social Work therapies, with techniques, such as breathing exercises, mindfulness, restorative yoga, and relaxation strategies, just to name a few.

They'll be 30 or 75 min sessions for 4-12 weeks. Individual plans are customized to your needs. The program of individual Social Work Sessions may be covered under your benefits, so inquire with your benefits provider. I'll work with what you have available.
