A few moments from the Stillness Retreat ✨

I didn’t spend much time on my phone yesterday because I really wanted to be fully present, grounded, and soaking in every moment as it unfolded. But here are a few little glimpses that were captured along the way.

I spent the day in community with some dear friends and some new ones too. This was a great day to receive and fill my cup. We started the day with a meditation around the fire pit. We moved near the horses for a sound journey with Jenn which was a beautiful experience. First time enjoying it in the outdoors with the sounds of nature playing backup. Birds chirping, winds blowing, trees rustling. I was witness to a powerful moment of healing with the horses and which was fascinating yet oh so sacred to watch. We had a light lunch and a nature walk around the farm. We all went back into the horse enclosure and sat in circle and had a meditation with the horses which was magical. Finished off the day playing with some fuzzy wuzzy ducklings.

I recharged and really looked inwards and a few golden nuggets came forward for me to further reflect on. It was just what I needed and a wonderful way to spend the day.

Meet Zeus and Bishop, two beautiful souls I connected with for distance Reiki / communication sessions this week. Both of these handsome boys are from New Brunswick, although not from the same family.

It’s always such an honour to connect with these doggies, send them healing energy, and support them emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Each session was so different, but the connection and trust they share with me is always so special. It truly fills my heart up.

So grateful to the pet parents who trust me to be part of their journey and story. ♥️

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Terry and I am certified Reiki Master / Teacher.

My journey started years ago with a Reiki session so this has really come full circle for me.

What I love about Reiki is the connection it provides to tap into ourselves and turn on our own healing. I love the relaxation it gives my clients and that itty bitty glimpse into their own magic. I provide in person sessions and virtual/ distance sessions.
