Floatation Tanks - Infrared Saunas - Energy Enhancement System - Ozone Sauna - Hot/Cold Therapy (Ice Bath) - Red light therapy To float, you simply enter the specialized tub and lie down on top of the water which is only 10 inches deep. The water in each of Float Valley’s float tanks contains an incredible 900 pounds of magnesium-rich Epsom salts (yes, you read that right). This very special water is so heavy that it allows anybody to float effortlessly on top. The float tank is engineered so you experience absolutely no distractions from the world: it is completely light-proof, sound-proof, and has a neutral smell. You can’t feel the water because it is heated to the exact temperature of your skin. This reduced stimulation environment has been researched by neuroscientists and has been conclusively shown to have benefits for stress, anxiety, and pain-relief. If you need time to be alone and to think, there is nothing like the complete stillness of Float Valley.

Everyone deserves one hour 🧘

One hour where nobody can reach you. No phone, no notifications, no noise, no light. Just you, floating in water heated to the exact temperature of your body, so you can’t even tell where you end and the water begins.

No emails to answer. No one needing something from you. Nothing to do but be with yourself.

It might be the most restorative thing you can do, and most people have never given themselves that hour.

This is your sign to take it.

Last week Toronto had some of the worst air quality in the world — and your body’s still clearing that smoke out.

The ozone sauna helps it along. Steam opens your pores, ozone gas fills the chamber, and toxins get pulled out from the inside. Natural detox support, better energy, more resilience.

Never tried it? Now’s probably the best time
