Did you know that a child seaking medical and mental health support from out of town can access the RMHC program! RMHC in Medicine Hat is making it more accessible than ever for people living outside of Medicine Hat to access specialized care.

It’s that time where we start to think about back to school and also wondering where the summer went! It never is long enough. ✏️📓🍎🤎⭐️

I assist in supporting kids 7+, teens and young adults through life’s changes and challenges. School can be a big change causing stress and adding to anxiety for all ages (even parents).

This time of year I am often preparing kids and young adults to go back to school and working towards navigating busy schedules, exams and school stress, getting back into a healthy routine, managing back to school butterflies, and creating healthy friendships.

OSI-CAN’s Medicine Hat peer support group meets the second Tuesday of the month at 1 pm in a safe, private, and confidential location. Attend online or in-person.

This is a free, confidential and supportive group for any military members, Veterans, first responders, and public safety personnel who have been impacted by trauma.

This group is available to anyone in the above services whether you live in the Medicine Hat area or not.
