For call in appointments/call backs. Holidays. 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Phone lines open @ 6:00 pm with the exception of Weekends and Stat. We ask that you "do not" come to the clinic unless you have an appointment or instructed so by the receptionists. The phone lines are busy but we do not do bookings at the door. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Pleasant Street After Hours Clinic is here to stay for the foreseeable future.

To better serve the community, the clinic will continue offering walk-in services four evenings a week.

Weekly hours of service:
Monday: 6 to 8 p.m.
Tuesday: 6 to 8 p.m.
Wednesday: 6 to 8 p.m.
Thursday: 6 to n8 p.m.

Those seeking non-urgent health care can visit the clinic at 250 Pleasant St. during these times.

Just to clarify how the clinic works for anyone who has not used it before.

When the door opens;
1) You are given a number and seated.
Please “Do not leave with our numbers” !
2) Then the numbers are called out and at this point you get registered in numeric order to see the physician on call that particular night.

Registration is 2 hrs only!

“We do not triage patients; we use the numbers system”.

3) Once you are registered by admin; you wait until the doctor arrives and calls you in to be seen.
4)We begin to register patients one hour prior the physicians arrival.
5) Every patient is seen that is registered.

Wait time varies, depending on each individuals need.
One thing for certain is all patients are seen before the Dr leaves.
