Kristen has been a staple of the CrossFit Moncton coaching staff for 5 years now. Whether it’s coaching her usual classes, or jumping in to help when needed, she gives her all to our members every time.

Today we celebrate Jo-Annie Ouellette! This stellar rockstar of an athlete and member has completed 1000 CrossFit classes and now officially has her name on our esteemed wall of fame!

We’ve watched Jo work very hard over the past few years - her strength, endurance, and quiet determination to be the best athlete she can be has been an inspiration to many of our members ❤️

Congrats on putting in ONE THOUSAND CLASSES!

Our CrossFit Kids August program begins this Sunday!

When: Sundays starting August 9 (see full schedule in comments!)

Who: All kids aged 6-9

Cost: $75 for 4 weeks of lifting, running, jumping, squatting, climbing, throwing, and team-building with Coach Ingrid!

We’d love to get some new kids started - message anytime for details.
