I am proud to share my latest scientific publication in BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders, co-authored with Samy Ajarrag!

📝 "Distal phalanx desmoplastic fibroma of the hallux: a unique case mimicking a glomus tumor"

This article presents a rare case of desmoplastic fibroma in the distal phalanx of the big toe—an exceptionally uncommon location. We discuss its radiographic and MRI characteristics, differential diagnoses, and treatment options.

👣 Why is this important?
Because this condition is so rare, it can be easily misdiagnosed. Our goal is to raise awareness among clinicians and contribute to the medical literature.
