What is a Reiki Share? 🌸 A Reiki Share is a space where Reiki practitioners come together to meditate + practice giving and receiving Reiki with one another

✨🤲🏻✨

It’s a chance to receive Reiki, practice offering Reiki to someone else, and connect with other practitioners.

Depending on the group size, my Reiki Share Practice Circles may include 1:1 Reiki exchanges and/or shorter group Reiki sessions. The opening meditation is educational and intentionally themed, while incorporating different Reiki principles, techniques and practices.

💗 You don’t need to be an experienced practitioner.

💗 You might have just completed your Reiki training and want somewhere to practice.

💗 You might have been practicing for years and want to connect with other practitioners.

💗 Or maybe you simply want the opportunity to receive Reiki from someone other than yourself.

You also don’t need to have trained with Sacred Passage Healing to attend 😊 My Reiki Shares are open to certified practitioners from different teachers, lineages and styles.

I started hosting these because I believe having somewhere to continue practicing after a Reiki training is so important.

It’s one thing to learn Reiki in a classroom, and another thing to actually start using it regularly.

This is also why I intentionally space my Level 1 + Level 2 trainings about 3-4 weeks apart.

Traditionally, the 21 days following a Reiki attunement are a time for self practice and integration. I want students to have time to practice what they have learned, receive Reiki, ask questions, notice what they are experiencing, and become comfortable with Reiki before moving into the next level.

If possible, I encourage students to attend a Reiki Share during this time for even more hands on experience because Reiki is something you learn by doing.

And having a community to practice with makes a big difference 💞

Last night, I had the absolute dream of hosting the first Immersive Sound Bath at the Dharti Mata Earth Mother Centre in rural Nanaimo ✨🌿

The response and feedback have brought happy tears to my eyes 🥲

We sold out so quickly, and I’m so grateful to everyone who came, shared the experience with me, and added their names to the waitlist. I will open up a few more spots for the next one to accommodate the interest, while still keeping the experience intimate and intentional 🧡

Creating this evening felt truly expansive for me. It was a step outside of my comfort zone and an opportunity to create something completely unique ✨ taking you on a journey through the natural elements of nature through waves of sound.

Each natural element was paired with different instruments, sounds and textures, while leaving space for your own imagination to take the lead 🌊🌬️🌲🎶🌞🦜🌧️🌌🌙🦉🌿✨

My intention for the evening was to help you feel grounded, connected, deeply present, and to encourage you to take some of the tools we explored together out into the real world.

To listen
To feel the air moving through your lungs
To connect with nature
To send love to this beautiful planet we call home 🌎💚

As always, we will keep fine tuning the experience and learning from each evening, allowing these offerings to evolve alongside the people who experience them 😊

I also incorporated a new ✨Dark Matter cymbal✨ which creates a beautiful gong like sound, along with some additional percussion instruments that I recently inherited from my dad’s musical equipment and brought back to life 🦁

That part made the evening extra special for me.

I know he would be so proud, and it feels like such an honour to get to share these sounds with you and give these instruments a new life 💗

I can’t wait to do it all again next month!

Sacred Passage Healing has been selected as a ⭐️ TOP 3 FINALIST FOR SOCIAL IMPACT ⭐️ in the Ladysmith Business Awards 💖🥲

Just over two years ago, I moved my life and Sacred Passage Healing over to Vancouver Island after building my business in Vancouver.

Starting again in a new community was both exciting and daunting, but since arriving here, it has felt so meaningful to watch Sacred Passage Healing grow organically and take root in the Ladysmith and Vancouver Island community 🌿

My goal was never to feel like I had to promote myself online 24/7. I wanted to show up in a way that felt authentic and sustainable to me, and trust that it would create a ripple effect and reach the people who were meant to find me.

Through word of mouth, Reiki sessions, sound baths, Reiki trainings + classes, practice circles, so many beautiful conversations and connections, and even developing + hosting my own website, this “little business” is becoming so much more than I imagined it would.

I feel honoured to create environments where strangers can walk through the door carrying whatever life has placed on their shoulders and feel comfortable in a space and energy that I have poured my heart and soul into.

Being recognized for Social Impact feels especially meaningful because that is truly what I hoped Sacred Passage Healing could become 🌸 not only a place to receive a service, but a space for connection, healing, learning, and community.

To everyone who has welcomed me and supported this chapter of my life and my business in any way, thank you 🥰 Every referral, review, and testimonial has helped me to continue to develop and grow, and I truly take your feedback to heart.

Moving to a smaller town and starting over was a big leap, and looking at how much has grown over these past two years, I feel incredibly grateful.

Reiki creates space for your body to shift out of survival mode and into a state of rest, repair and reflection ~ that is where the ✨healing✨ takes place.

It’s about creating the conditions for your body to soften, slow down, and remember what regulation feels like.

When we feel safe, our nervous system naturally begins to shift out of survival mode and into a state of rest, repair, and reflection.

Gentle touch, intentional presence, and mindful breathing can all support this process 🌀 Reiki brings those elements together in a beautiful way.

✨ Level 1 is where you learn to become your own practitioner.

You will learn all the foundational skills and principles + how to work with Reiki for yourself, creating a daily practice that supports self-awareness, self-regulation, and a deeper connection with your own body, intuition, and energy (you also learn how to practice on friends, family, plants and pets)

✨ Level 2 is where your practice begins to expand beyond yourself.

You will learn how to hold compassionate space for others, offer more advanced techniques to provide Reiki in person and at a distance, and understand the powerful role of co-regulation 💞 how a calm, grounded presence can help another person feel safe enough to begin relaxing, too.

One of the biggest lessons I share with my students is this:

Move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable to for you.

Before focusing on offering Reiki to others, allow it to become a practice that nourishes your own life first. Let it support your nervous system, deepen your self awareness and become something you genuinely enjoy returning to.

The confidence to work with others + build and sustain a practice that supports you naturally grows from that foundation.

Trust the timing of your journey 💗

Reiki isn’t something you master in a weekend. It’s a lifelong practice of returning to yourself, allowing your confidence to grow one moment / day at a time + trusting your journey is unfolding exactly as it needs to.

Tonight’s Full Moon Reiki Sound Bath gathering sold out early 💗 These evenings fill my heart, and they are something I genuinely look forward to every month ✨

A chance to slow down, regulate our nervous systems together, and reconnect with ourselves through nature, the changing seasons, and the wisdom of the moon 🌕

This FREE Guided Full Moon Mountain Meditation was recorded during last month’s Full Moon gathering and is a gift from me to you ☺️🌹💗

These meditations aren’t scripted weeks in advance. They unfold naturally while I’m spending time in nature, reflecting on the themes of the upcoming Full Moon. Sometimes they arrive during meditation, sometimes in dreams, and often through the patterns and messages I witness while working with clients in Reiki sessions.

If this meditation finds you at the right time, I hope it brings you a little more grounding, clarity, and space to simply be.

Delighted to be introducing a ✨NEW✨Immersive Sound Bath Experience✨at the beautiful Dharti Mata Centre (Mother Earth Centre)🧡

〰️ A one-of-a-kind sacred earthen gathering space nestled among forest and farmland, in Rural Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. 🌿✨

If life has felt busy, overwhelming, or you’ve simply been craving a moment to slow down, this evening is an invitation to pause, breathe, and receive.

We’ll begin with gentle breathing exercises before you’re immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of 11 quartz crystal singing owls, Tibetan singing bowl, small handheld gong, Zaphir chimes, wave drum, rain stick, 136.1 Hz OM tuning fork, and gentle nature sounds 🌬️🎶🌊🕊️🌲💧✨

My intention is to create a peaceful space where your nervous system can settle, your mind can become quiet, and you can simply rest 🌹without needing to do, fix, or figure anything out.

As a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher, I also hold a grounded healing presence throughout the session, creating a calm and supportive environment for deep relaxation.
