Today I celebrate 60 years around the sun. 🌞✨♥️

My heart is filled with gratitude for everyone who has allowed me to walk beside them on their healing journey. Whether through Reiki, spiritual guidance, holding sacred space, or simply being present, each connection has been a gift and a blessing.

As I step into this new decade, I am thankful for the lessons, the growth, the love, and the countless souls I’ve met along the way. Here’s to embracing life with an open heart, continuing to serve, heal, and shine my light.

Remembering my sister-in-law Joce today, 8 years after her passing. 🦋

Though time has passed, her presence is still felt in quiet moments and treasured memories. Shortly after her passing, she sent me a beautiful sign—a butterfly—reminding me that love transcends the physical world and that our connections continue beyond what we can see.

Today I honor her spirit, her journey, and the love she shared with those around her. Forever remembered, forever loved, and always held close in my heart.♥️🪽💕🦋💫

What is a death cafe?
A Death Cafe is a welcoming, judgment-free space where people gather over coffee, tea, and treats to have open conversations about death, dying, grief, and the meaning of life. It is not therapy, counseling, or a support group—simply a place for honest discussion and connection.

Talking about death can help us appreciate life more deeply, reduce fear around the unknown, and create space for meaningful conversations that are often avoided.

As a Death Doula, I believe these conversations are sacred. When we acknowledge the finite nature of life, we often discover what truly matters: love, connection, purpose, and presence.
