Create Miracles TONIGHT at our Miracle Hour!
Rainbows and Unicorns!

Do you believe in rainbows and unicorns? I do. I also believe in the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Through incredible hardships and unexpected losses, it was my belief and inner knowing, my trust and faith in The Universe, that it is my birthright to live in sovereignty, the abundance of energy, time, health and wealth, that miracles were created in my life.

In holding this frequency of abundance, I have been able to turn hardship into ease, loss into gain, illness into health and chronic stress into success.

With a Zero Limits Mindset, you acknowledge that you already create miracles every day. This is part of my 7 A’s of Mastering Change and Goal Achievement, from Awareness, Acceptance to Acknowledgement, Attunement.

Every morning, regardless of how dire my circumstances are, I commit to the following Morning Miracle Mantra:

“I already create miracles. They exist all around me. I am powerful. I am limitless. I attract and create miracles. The miracles in my life today are . . . [ state yours, with the energy/frequency that they are already done/already exist ]”

This is the first weekend of Spring! Happy May Day weekend!

What are you doing to celebrate this season of rebirth . . . your favorite activity that ignites your true essence and joy?

Doing what you love is your gateway to living in Flow!

Living in a flow state is reported to help release stress, calm anxiety, overcome trauma, end procrastination and cultivate feelings of deep fulfillment and connection.

The easiest way to embody the frequency of living in flow is to do what you love.

If you aren’t sure what that is, think of your favorite activity since you were a child. When did you lose yourself in the experience, feel the magic and mystery of simply Being, forget about time, deadlines and feel totally alive!

Since I was a child, every May Day weekend, I walk in nature and give thanks for her bounties. Yesterday, I sat in silence by our sacred creek, listening to the soothing sounds of the trickling stream, chirping of spring birds and felt the healing moss on the ancient rocks.

I spent time in awe and wonder in our Buddha Grove (look closely in the pic to find the Hidden Buddha!), a natural valley where billion year old crystal rocks from the Canadian Shield not only ground you, but energize you with ancient power and wisdom.

Then I let the horses out into their first spring pastures! The horses were celebrating May Day too!

I was, literally, “in my element” forgetting about time, space, responsibilities, human constructs. I felt limitless, as the flow of Mother Earth moved through me. I felt at home. I felt at peace.

Nature and horses are my Flow activity. They help me create my Zero Limits Mindset . . . my inner state where I return to my center, connect with my inner power and become conscious of who I am and why I am here. They help me create a limitless life.

Whispered to You Beneath a Rain of Fire

I whispered to you while the sky was burning,
While the world around us moaned and died.
We lay together in the sodden trench,
Where death had no shadow, no name, no pride.

I stroked your trembling neck so gently,
To keep you from falling into despair.
There was no room for panic or fear,
Only trust held silently there.

I told you stories of summer fields,
Of winds that danced in your silky mane.
You once pulled carts — not battles, not guns —
You weren’t meant for war, or pain.

I spoke of the children who brushed your coat,
Of the saddle you wore with pride and grace.
Not of lying broken, torn by shrapnel,
In this cursed, blood-soaked place.

I spoke of apples, and mischief, and shade,
Of sunsets grazing golden land.
Of a future we might never see…
But your name would never leave my hand.

I made a vow, quiet but true:
If I survive, the world will know.
That you were not just hooves and hide —
You were the light in war’s dark glow.

I knelt and kissed your weary ear.

A spirit that doesn’t need to be tamed to stand beside you.

And she is not just a human.
She is the one who doesn’t try to possess.

The one who doesn’t pull the reins… but lets her heart move forward.

“Meet me where reality ends and fantasy begins…” — it’s not about escape.
It’s about the courage to feel more than ordinary life allows.

Because true connection isn’t built on words.

We’ve all been there once…
At that point where the world felt bigger, deeper, magical.
But over time, we were taught to doubt.

There are moments in life when it feels like you can’t take it anymore. When every day is a struggle, and the strength to hold on is almost gone. And именно then, someone appears beside you — someone who doesn’t ask, doesn’t judge, and doesn’t need explanations.

A horse will never tell you “stay strong.” It will simply stand рядом. A warm body, calm breathing, quiet presence. And suddenly, you feel it — you’re not alone.

It doesn’t know your problems. It doesn’t care who you are or what you’ve been through. But it feels with its heart. It senses your pain. And in that moment, it becomes your support.

When life knocks you down, a horse teaches you to rise again. When everything slips through your hands, it gives you a rhythm to hold onto. Its steps are like a reminder: keep moving forward, even when it’s hard.

You can stay silent for hours, just leaning against it. And that’s enough. Because real support isn’t about words. It’s about presence.

Maybe that’s why people who have horses seem stronger. Not because they have fewer problems. But because they know — there is someone who will help them hold on when life gets too rough.

And when the world turns cold, the warm breath of a horse reminds you: you’re still holding on. And you will make it through.

There is a kind of love that doesn’t shout.
It’s quiet. Real. Forever.

You were there my whole life…
In every early morning when I came to you before sunrise.
In every touch — warm, familiar, yours.
You never asked who I was or what was wrong with me.
You simply accepted me.

I grew up beside you.
I learned to be strong when I fell.
I learned to stay silent when words meant nothing.
You saw me in every version of myself — and never turned away.

They say it’s just a horse…
But no one knows how many times you pulled me out of darkness.
How many times your silence spoke louder than words.
How often I found peace in your eyes when there was none anywhere else.

I loved you your whole life.
And it was the purest love I have ever known.

And now…
The world feels quieter.
Emptier.

You are no longer here — but you remain in everything.
In the smell of the stable.
In the marks left on the ground.
In memories that refuse to fade.

And the truth is, this story never ends.
Because now I will miss you for the rest of my life.

And if love is measured by the pain of loss —
then you were my entire world. 💔🐎

Vanny is a wild filly with one ear and quite a story.

Last fall, at just a few months old, she was spotted with a horrific injury. Her ear and the left side of her head had been ripped off by a what was presumed to be a mountain lion. Her left eye was also damaged.

Help Alberta Wildies Society received many calls to euthanize her humanely- but they refused, as they observed her nursing, and otherwise acting like a normal foal.

Just a little over a week ago, I photographed Vanny in the wild.

As you can see, her left eye is fully recovered, the damage to her head has completely healed, and she's no worse for wear with one ear. She was surrounded by family, who kept her protected.

I'm so happy to share this story with you! Mother nature heals.

Wild horses are amazing.

Update: Momentum to ban live horse exports is surging! 🐴💪

Canadians are stepping up across the country to help end the cruel practice of exporting live horses overseas for slaughter in Japan—where they endure dangerous conditions that lead to widespread injury, illness, & even death.

Together, we’ve now:
👉 Requested 138 meetings with MPs
👉 Secured 27 meetings so far

This is a powerful sign that decision-makers are paying attention!

Supporters have also launched 31 federal paper petitions—bringing this issue directly into the House of Commons & increasing pressure on the government to act.

HOW TO JOIN THE FIGHT:

1️⃣ Email your MP’s constituency office to request a meeting. Ask them to raise this issue with the Prime Minister & the Agriculture Minister, & urge them to ban this practice by amending the Health of Animals Regulations.
