DROP IN CLINIC: For Early Detection of Kidney Disease

Join us for a free drop-in Kidney Screening Clinic for Indigenous individuals and their families. Kidney health screening can help identify concerns early - even before symptoms develop. High blood pressure, diabetes, and family history may increase the risk of kidney disease. Learn more about your kidney health and access important screening and
information in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Look for the Indigenous Interprofessional Primary Care Team (IIPCT) mobile van on site!

Stroll Together: A Walking and Wellness Education Group

A 6-Week Walking and Wellness Education Group for the Pregnant, Postpartum and Newborn Journey

Join us for Stroll Together, a 6-week walking and wellness education group held on Thursdays from 10:00–11:30 AM.

This program is for parents, caregivers, and anyone looking to learn more about the pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn journey.

Each session will include:
A short educational discussion (20–30 minutes)
A light, gentle walk (30–40 minutes)
Opportunities to connect, learn, and move together

Come enjoy supportive conversation, wellness education, and gentle movement in a welcoming environment. We look forward to strolling and learning together!

For safety, we ask that children remain in a stroller or carrier for the duration of the walk.
