Join this workshop to learn about this significant time of change in a woman’s life. Come away with a better understanding of:
-What menopause and perimenopause are
-How menopause affects our lives - mentally, emotionally, physically
-The importance of pelvic health

Take-away tips on nutrition, physical activity and mindfulness to help manage symptoms; and share your experience with other supportive women over lunch (provided).
