Reflecting on our 40th Anniversary, we are reminded that we are not only celebrating this milestone … but also celebrating the incredible community members who believe in us and in the importance of inclusion.

Our All Staff Appreciation Day was one for the books! 💚

We had the opportunity to celebrate our incredible team, show gratitude for one another, and most importantly … have some FUN! 🌟

A huge thank you to Cheryl and Lina from CL & F Leadership Training for organizing such a memorable day. Your dedication, leadership, and commitment to our team never go unnoticed. Our staff appreciation days simply wouldn’t be the same without you! 🌟

Thank you to Phillip from PHOTO BOOTH FUN for helping us capture so many laughs and memories throughout the day. 📸
Your energy and enthusiasm made the experience even more special!

We’d also like to thank That's A Wrap Catering for providing a delicious and inclusive lunch for our team. From the tasty meals to the sweet treats, everything was enjoyed and appreciated!

And finally, to the entire Alternatives team - thank you. Your willingness to step outside your comfort zones, support one another, and fully embrace the day reminded us just how lucky we are to work alongside such an amazing group of people. 💚
