Working together to improve access to care for people in our community. ❤️
A new partnership in Pictou County is breaking down barriers to care for members of the community experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.
Through collaboration between Nova Scotia Health, the Pictou County Community Health Centre, Viola’s Place Society and government partners, primary healthcare and support services are meeting people where they are, helping to make care easier to access.
